- Book with Mr Hussain - Consultant PodiatristOur senior podiatrist is Mr Hussain who qualified with a BSc (hons) in Podiatric Medicine in 1995 from the University of Westminster London has over 29 years of experience in the foot care sector and with many continual professional development accreditations including PGc in Podiatric Sports Medicine & MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine both from Queen Mary's University London.

Abid was also the lead sports podiatrist at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022, assessing, diagnosing and treating elite athletes from around the world within a multi disciplinary team as well as personally training many of the sports podiatrists who also volunteered at the games.
Abid is currently undertaking a PHD at Loughborough University at the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences and is a member of the British Association of Sport, Exercise Medicine, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and is registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Institute of Chiropodists and Podiatrists UK.

We care about your feet! If you are either in pain or you are embarrassed of your feet, we can find a solution to your foot problem. We understand that not being able to do an activity you love to do due to foot or leg pain can really get you down or hiding your feet as your embarrassed of them can take a negative toll on you. As one of the UK's leading Podiatry and Chiropody Clinic based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre we can work with you to find a solution that suits you.
Dr Foot Podiatry is a group of dedicated podiatrists, all of whom are highly trained in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of a wide variety of foot and lower limb conditions. Each podiatrist at Dr Foot Podiatry is selected based on their knowledge, skill, experience, and commitment to providing an excellent service.
For all New Patients:
An appointment for patients who have not previously registered with Dr Foot Podiatry Clinic.
Appointment will include Assessment and Treatment for all general foot care needs, including nail care, corn and callus removal, ingrown toenail management etc. Because your feet are unique, your first appointment involves an extensive foot health assessment with a podiatrist. During this time, we’ll conduct a full medical history and take details of any medication you’re taking, allergies, and any previous chiropody or podiatry treatment you’ve received. We’ll also discuss any concerns or problems you have with your feet. We begin the treatment by examining your feet and lower limbs, looking closely at your skin, nails, and foot alignment with biomechanical tests. Clinical musculoskeletal, vascular, neurological and dermatological tests may be provided based on your foot condition along with suitable treatment.
At Dr Foot Podiatry Clinic we require Pre-payment for your first appointment in advance of the appointment.
The cost will be: £59
Payment for this initial appointment can be made at the time of booking the appointment.
For any subsequent appointments you simply pay on the day.

Cancellation Policy
Dr Foot Podiatry Clinic operates a cancellation policy, our policy is similar to many other medical clinics and we kindly ask all patients to adhere to it.
When an appointment has been made for you, the time is allotted to specifically see you, and we are unable to fill this time
slot at short notice.
As such, we request that you give us at least 24 hours notice by phone if you are unable to attend your appointment.
If you fail to attend your appointment and you have not given us notice, a full treatment fee will be charged.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will see you for the remaining period of your allotted appointment slot, but your full appointment fee will stand. We would strongly advise you to arrive 10 minutes before your allotted appointment slot and visit the bathroom beforehand to avoid reduced treatment time.
